B.F.
K., if you were closer to Cape Coral, i would tell you to come see me. Remember that you get what you pay for, and there is not much difference between a haicut for $45 and a haicut for $200. There is, however a huge difference between a haircut for $10, and a haircut for $45. The level of extra training here in Florida is almost non existant. It's crazy to me that people get out of hair school and think they can just do hair. It seems most stylists in Florida just"wing it" evident by the number of scared new clients i get on a daily basis with bad cuts and colors i end up fixing.
I am one of ONLY 3 Board Certified colorists in SW Florida, and i am listed in hair magazines advertising great colorists. I do platform work for a few major companies that produce color and extension lines, and because of this i say, check out the stylists credentials before you let them touch your hair. Agreat cut and color will run you about $100. If you need correcting, you should get a price quoted before the service begins.
I can recommend you to another Board Certified colorist in Bonita at Salon Delphine. ###-###-####. She is a personal friend of mine and much closer to you than i am. Her name is Melanie. In fact, there is a cut-a-thon we are holding at her salon on Feb 4th from 12-4, which i will be working at as well. That may be the best place to begin because you donate the cost of the cut to a cancer treatment patient, Ken Nickels. It's an excellent cause. Maybe i will see you there!
p.s., when we tried to schedule a playdate for that day, i forgot about the fundraiser!!Sorry-we will reschedule it!
