i understand the sinus situation. might try a little home health... take away all coffee, carbonated, dairy, yeast, beef/pork products. if you can afford to do so, remove floor carpeting and replace with wood/lineoleum (spelling). eat more fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts (walnuts/almonds...), seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin...), fish... drink more water, green tea, cranberry juice. use baking soda/vinegar to clean bathrooms/kitchen, etc. do not use aersol products. when washing clothes/linens, use ivory soap and dry clothes without dryer "sheets". if you can, open your windows on a pretty/clear day to get fresh air in the home. good luck.

My son just had surgery and I love our ENT. Dr. McDuffie at Ear, Noes and Throught Associates of Frisco, PA (they are in McKinney also) ###-###-####. The office was great and the price was good. You should give them a try. My son had tubes and his adnoids taken out.
Dr. William Cobb is an excellent ENT. He has several partners in his practice as well. They have an allergy clinic attached to his practice.
Without a doubt I would highly recommend Dr. Ewen Tseng in Plano. He worked wonders on my son's ears and throat!!!
