T.,
I use John Veil. His number is ###-###-####. He is very honest and does excellent work. His prices can't be beat. We used him to install our dishwasher and I've recommended him to one of my girlfriends when she was selling/buying her house. He helped her fix up her old house and is currently helping her install and fix up her new house. I think when you call his number that his voice mail says Veil Flooring Company but he is an all around handyman.
Hope that helps ~ let me know if you have any questions and good luck!

I used this company a while back and was very satisfied with the level of customer service provided. The owner of the company was very knowledgable about many things around the home. Here is their website, www.Amazing-Finishes.com .
You can call APEX Commercial Cleaning and Home Repair at ###-###-####. Ask for John
Russ Trotter, owner of Trotter's Wall Coverings, ###-###-####. This is my husband and he can do just about anything. He is honest, dependable and reasonbly priced as he is very conscientious about being fair to everyone he works with. Good luck!

We had our Addison home remodeled last year for a fairly reasonable price I should say. It was a massive 3-4 month project, though a very small home, considering we stayed in the house during the project it was a task to get the project coordinated. We were very satisfied with Jeff and his workers though, as with any project ours had some hurdles too. But overall he was very dependable and always available to take phone calls, which is very important especially when the faucet starts leaking really bad or the water shuts off at midnight!
A slight caution however, please do not use him for any major electrical or plumbing work as we did not think his workforce was qualified to do it. Any other house work is perfectly fine, minor electrical like fixing can lights/fans, small circuitry is ok.
If you needed to use him you may tell him D. & Sai referred him to you.
Good luck!

My husband and I had (we just sold it :) a rental property that the tenant completly trashed. We hired John as our general contractor to get it ready to sell and absolutely loved working with him. He does good work and is very reasonably priced. He always offered us cost saving suggestions and was very honest. He owns the company and is interested in your long term business so he focuses on doing a great job at a great price. I can honestly say that he is the best contractor we have worked with and having rental properties we have worked with several.
He is located in the Arlington area, but we live in Highland Village and he does not have any problem traveling through the metroplex.
Tell him C. and Frank sent you!
I can recommend Handyman Matters. www.handymanmatters.com and ###-###-####. I haven't used them, but have heard good things.
