hello. i am a mother of a 19 month and 3 soon 4 yr old. I am looking for a place to take my 3 yr old to work out, or even a fitness dvd. We don't have an extreme extra amount of money. Yes i know i can take her to the park, or play in the back yard, ect. but i am now looking for a gym or guided routine (dvd)for her. thank you.

What can I do next?

Have you checked your local library? They probably have several different ones you can use.

You may want to look into a "kid's yoga" class. I don't know what is offered in your area and I know you mentioned that you don't want to spend a lot of money. There may be some kind of program offered nearby that could be a 6 week session. Tumbling is also a great way for kids that age to get exercise but these classes may not have a very strongly guided routine, because of her age. Your park district may offer these. Dance classes may also be a route to go but could be more expensive.

Hi A. Try your local YMCA/YWCA. Here in northwest Indiana, we have a Jymboree for toddlers and pre-schoolers.
