Can anyone recommend a good dentist for my husband and me? I'd prefer someone who isn't too far from the Webster Groves/Shrewsbury area (i.e., not in far West County, North County, or far South County). I need to be seen soon, before I get pregnant for the second time, which we hope will be soon. Thank you!

I went to Dr. Suntrup, located in Hampton Village. He was great (I think- I didn't have any teeth problems, so there's really no way to tell), nice, etc. and his oral hygeinist was maybe the best I've ever had work on me. She was so gentle, nice and knowledgable. So far, I'm very happy with them.
i go to chippewa dental group (dr. traub). i have been going there since preschool (i'm 26 now). he's great! the dental group is at chippewa and jamieson.

I go to Dr Richard Snitzer on Kirkwood Rd or Lindbergh in Kirkwood which might be convenient for you. He is the dentist for the St Louis Cardinals and has a lot of sports memoribilia hanging up and he has a good sized staff, very organized and has a great system down. I don't know of a dentist since my good one just retired. One hint that I have is to not use Dr. Puster. HE ruined my whole families teeth. When I was younger he filled a cavity without cleaning it out. It was very small, but after it was filled, without being cleaned, it ate the inside of all of my back teeth and I had to get a couple of root canals. Did this to my mom and sister as well. Just please stay away from him. Good luck!

gravois and 270, close to lindberg. dr. suzanne degnen, she is awesome, with kids too. i have been there full time for 14 years and just went part time 1 year ago when my daughter was born. we always get comments on how caring our staff is and the dentistry is great. if you want to call ####-###-#### and let them know N. kramer referred you. i do not get commision, i just really like this office. actually a waitress i had years ago at the melting pot came in and she has been coming with her husband ever since. hope this helps! thanks, N. k
