Hope some mom on here can give me the name of a good pediatric dentist office. I was going to Bear Creek Dental off Buckner but I they are seem unprofessional and everytime I call the office line a FAX Machine picks up. Its to the point where I have had it with that office and would like to find a nice childrens dentistry office in Mesquite or East Dallas. Any suggestions, thank you!!

All my children see pediatric dentist Dr. Michael Plunk here in the East Dallas area. He's in the Doctor's Hospital Professional Building at the corner of Bucker and Garland Rd. (Casa Linda area). Dr Joel Shields is a really good dentist behind Toys R Us on Gus Thomason. All three of my daughters go there. He's very good with younger patients. My youngest was very afraid. They let her use pediatric sedation to help her out. It worked very well. It is a little hard to let them go without you; but you can still watch without them seeing you. I'm not sure about the cost. We really like Dr. Smart. She is great with kids. She is at the corner of Shiloh and Buckingham in Garland. Not exactly close, but no that far. Her staff is really nice too, and very professional.
Lakewood Family Dental with Dr. Ridgeway is great. My girls starting going there when they were each 3 years old. The staff is always pleasant and professional.
