My 10-month old son is currently being cared for by a SAHM with two girls. I love her, but she feels that having two infants is just too demanding and my son isn't getting as much attention as he needs. So now I am looking for another SAHM perhaps with older children or a nanny. We cannot afford more than $10/hr for a nanny (which I know is far below market rate, but we do have only one baby) and would prefer to pay less and have him in a home environment with a few other children. I may be able to go part-time - I will be discussing that with my employer. If you have suggestions or advice, please respond.
