Dr. Tai at Valle Verde Pediatrics in Poway.. LOVE HIM! He is the best and I took the more 'conservative' approach w/vaccinations (followed Dr Sears 'schedule' from his book "the Vaccine guide") and he was totally fine w/that...
Good luck! :)
I am wondering how to find a great pediatrician who will not force or guilt me into vaccines. I live in North County but will travel for the perfect doc! (I know this is a sensitive subject, so please don't preach about beliefs, just looking for a referral.) Thanks in advance!!

I go to Dr. Goldfinger at Center for Health Care on Pomerado Rd behind the hospital. He's great and doesn't push anything but will ask questions to make sure you've actually done the research on vaccinations so you're not making a 'trendy' decision.
We see Dr. Naudin of Pediatric Medical Associates ###-###-#### near Tri-City Hospital. We have not vaccinated either of our children. Dr. Naudin brings up vaccines at every well-child visit, and she encourages us to continue researching and considering vaccinating, but she respects our choice not to vaccinate and has provided great care for our children. There are 4 other doctors in the practice, they have weekend emergency hours (much better than an emergency room!) and 24-hour on-call. I have always been able to get my kids in the same day for illnesses. Though she is not 100% crazy about no vaccines, I appreciate the other benefits of the practice, and as I said, she has provided us with great care.
I love our pediatrician, Dr. Rachel Ireland, at the Kaiser Center in Clairemont. She works with our family with our alternate vaccination schedule. She has two young children of her own, and she has a very compassionate nature.
I work for a chiropractor and have heard that there is a Dr. in Poway that doesn't push vaccines. His name is Dr. Robert Barr, MD. ###-###-####. Good luck!
We see Paula Grayson at the Scripps Carmel Valley clinic. She has her pros and cons, but she has been willing to discuss the vaccination issue with me, which I appreciate. She is certainly a proponent of vaccines and keeping our kids safe, but at least talks about it without inducing any guilt. Note, however, that I'm not anti-vaccine altogether. I'm just careful about choosing the ones that I feel are important (and I do weigh her medical opinion into my decisions) and using a delayed schedule. I don't know how she would be if I were totally anti-vaccine.
Dr Donald Adema is located in Santee. He was recommended to me by my chiropracter. My husbands open enrollment is coming up and we're switching our kids asap! My son was diagnosed with autism 2 years ago we too were looking into finding a doctor that didnt push vaccines. I have heard plenty of good things about him and my chiropracter recommends him to a lot of people. She's switching her kids when her open enrollment comes up! His number is ###-###-####. Theres more info on line if you google DR ADEMA SAN DIEGO. Hope this helps!
I wanted to wish you good luck with your search -it would be an easier one if you lived in Europe. If you have a strong argument, Dr. Steven Balch on El Camino Real in Encinitas is likely to hear you and support you. His number is ###-###-####.
