I am not satisfied with my current pediatrician. I want a doctor that I can rely on and feel I can call and get them an appointment when they are sick. I would love to hear from you about your expierence with your own doctors. Thanks in advance for your help!
I see Dr. Joselita Rodriguez in Dallas. She's right over near the Charlton Methodist Hospital, and she's really good. I know that she's always really busy, but I don't spend a lot of time waiting in her office.
I had a similar request late last year and was referred by many to Dr. Towns ###-###-####). His office is near Charlton Methodist Hospital (the office has a DeSoto address). I took their advice and I have been very pleased. I have been able to get in when the boys were sick. I will admit though that the process for the initial visit was more time consuming than I would have liked. I had to make seperate appointments for both boys and had to wait a while once there. Now that they are fully transitioned though, I would have to agree with the referrals as a I love the care they have received since becoming patients.
I take my daughters to Dr. Peggy Linguist in Waxahachie. She is great! VERY caring and VERY knowledgeable. There is another doctor in her office, Dr. Rhonda Walton, who is also great. The one bad thing about their office is that they both have reduced hours (because they have kids themselves), but you can pretty much always get in to see one or the other of them, or at the least, one of the other doctors in the office at any time, and I have liked all of them as well. I have a three year old son and his pediatrician is really good. His name is Dr. Ali. He took care of my son when he was born and has been his pediatrician ever since. Whenever I have to call out of the blue because my son gets bitten by ants or spikes a fever all of a sudden, I call and they always fit me in the same day. His number is ###-###-####.
