Hi Moms, I was wondering if anyone knew of a place in long island that the kids would enjoy apple picking at? I am looking for something that has hayrides, apple picking, a country store, and possibly pumpking picking. I went online and have found places not in Long Island but I am trying to stay local. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
The milk pail in East Hampton... they have a corn maize, a store, apple picking and pumping picking. It is great, we go every year...
Try Lewin Farm in Wading River- exit 68 off LIE. Pick your own apples and other fruits/veggies. Corn maize located in another area down the block. Have fun!
Just head east on Sunrise HWY toward Montauk and you will hit a bunch of places to go apple picking, pumpkin picking, country stores, and farm stands. We were out that way last weekend and it was great. Go apple picking as soon as you can because if you wait too long, they will all be off the tree.
