I see that your children are younger and one daycare I have heard good things about is Jardin Magico which is a daycare on Minnehaha Avenue in Minneapolis that offers bilingual instruction.
I'm looking for a good spanish, chinese, or french school. I looked at rayito del sol, but didn't really care for it. Anyone know of good foreign language schools?

There are many school districts that have an immersion program you could easily open enroll. I know that our district MInnetonka have chinese and spanish and we have TONS of open enrollment into our district...it seems almost more kids than live here that come just for the language programs.
My daughter attends preschool at Mes Amis French School in Hopkins. She loves it. You can check it out at mesamisfrenchschool.com. The teacher Rose Mingo is very loving and patient with the children. There is also The French Academy in St. Louis Park. It is a really good school with native French speaking teachers. For French classes once per week there is also the Alliance Francaise in downtown Minneapolis. Edina and St. Paul have public school immersion in French beginning in Kindergarten.
Minnetonka has preschool community education classes in both Spanish and Chinese. They have public school immersion for these languages starting in Kindergarten. Many public schools are doing Spanish immersion, so you could check out community education in various areas for preschool language programs.
For yourself or your kids? If you mean for your kids, you'd be surprised at what your own school district might be offering. Right here in St. Louis Park we have a Spanish Immersion, a French Immersion and in Minnetonka they have Spanish & Chinese. It's becoming so popular... by the time your two year old is ready for Kinder I'm sure they'll be even more...
Check out Language Sprouts. They used to be located in Dinkeytown, but I think they may have expanded since we used to go.
Yinghua Academy in St. Paul for Chinese.
