Does anyone know of any good second and stores? I've found Once Upon a Child but I've heard there are more.

What can I do next?

You know who has good quality clothes is Deseret Industries on Broadway and Alma School (aprox). It's a cleaner more organized 2nd hand store than Savers or Goodwill. They have tons of stuff some is very inexpensive and some you might as well get it new. I'm not sure why that is. But if you go make sure to keep going till you make it outside. It has like 5 rooms that keep winding around the back. It's deceiving and looks like that's it then there's more! Also check out http://phoenix.craigslist.org/ if you haven't already. I swear it's the best place to get the best quality inexpensive stuff of all kinds. It's like yard saling online, it's great!

Good luck!

I LOVE Children's Orchard. It's in a strip mall at L. and Warner. They are very well organized and always seem to be having some sort of sale. I try to go in there once a week. It's real close to my home. I found Once Upon a Child to be overwhelming! Way too much stuff crammed in there! How are you supposed to be able to look through all those clothes with you kid in tow? There are a few others but Children's Orchard is my favorite and closest to my home.

I do go to Once Upon a Child the most, especially the one on Alma School and Warner. I also like to go to Savers. The best one is on Baseline and Power in East Mesa. I always find good quality toys there (wood toys, learning toys, etc.) and name brand clothes that are clean. You have to really look through each piece of clothing to find what you are looking for. I also like to go to Goodwill. Their prices can be pretty high, so I usually go on the Saturdays that they have everything 50% off. The same goes for Goodwill-you just have to look. I haven't really found another consignment store that is comparable to Once Upon a Child. I did go to one in Ahwatukee (sp?) that was on Ray and the I-10. It was on the south side of Ray and west of the freeway. It didn't have a lot, but I felt like I was shopping in a boutique. It was clean, very organized and had some really cute clothes! I can not for the life of me remember the name. Happy Shopping!
