I was thinking about getting a sauna belt. Does anyone know if that actually help. I want to get rid of my flab tummy from pregnancy
Im kind of curious.. what is a sauna belt? ive never heard of them.

I tried using one years ago and it didn't work. Maybe they've improved them.
This is just a wild guess, but it's probably a gimmick.
Is the flab from baby fat or is it from loose skin? If it's from Loose skin, Palmer's makes a great firming lotion for post-pregnancy.
If it's baby fat, exercise is probably the only way to actually get rid of it for good.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! We all wish we could strap something on our thighs, tummy, bootie (in my case) or whatever body part we want to shrink, but the truth is we have to hit the pavement, or some other exercise if we really want to see some lasting changes. I would recommend trying Mommies in Motion, a fitness class that you can bring your kiddos to while you both have a blast, and other like minded Mommies can get in shape, too! Are you talking about the infomercial where they are in bathing suits and strap this thing to their stomach? NO it does not work. I had bought one on ebay and it didn't even make my stomach sweat, but it did get really hot, so hot that it melted. So do not waste your money.
