We are planning to goto San Antonio Sea world Aquatica this weekend. Planning to spend the weekend only in Aquatica with a 2 yr and 4 yr old. Will it be too hot or is it Ok since we will be only in the water park??

It's always too hot. Forecast here (north of San Antonio) says highs of 97, lows of 75. So yep - it'll be hot. But swimming should be a blast in the heat! Just make sure you wear hats/sunglasses/sunscreen and drink plenty of water!
Will it be too hot? You do realize you're going to be in South Texas in August right? ;)
Actually, for how hot it was in June, I'm surprised it's not hotter. Sure, it's been upper 90s low 100s (like 103) but considering we hit 111 in June it's not that bad. Just make sure you're having them drink water, lots of water.
We went to Sea world at the beginning of summer this year and was talking to some moms when we were leaving and not one said anything positive. Said it was small crowded and not worth it. You do know that you have to buy tickets for sea world too. You go in through Sea World to get to the water park, so if the water park is no good you can go get splashed at a show.
We have a 2 yr old and 6 yr old and the new Elmo water spray park in the middle of Sea World is awesome!
I grew up in SA and it is HOT! HOT! HOT! You will be better off since you are going to a water park...get there early and plan to leave early.
Meal ticket great!- all the water & food from the deli's you need for as many times you care to get in line. We bought sea world tickets waited to upgrade @ the waterpark to get in at aquatica (they have a capacity limit but they have only filled opening day/memorial wkd). Purchase online tickets, parking, meal ticket. Pay for locker at the park-deposit refundable. We would do go back again only this route. Have fun your on Vacation;) Microtel by Wyndam the cheapest hotel and soo close.
