My husband's birthday is coming. So, I'm looking for some special places to go out that day. First I wanted to go to the restaurant, but it doesn't sound very exiting. Does anybody know any other places/activities to do? We live in uptown Dallas. Thank you!
Have you heard of the Texas Queen Boat at Lake Ray Hubbard. It is very romantic atmosphere and food is great, I went there for our 5th anniverasary and it was great, its a little pricey, $50 each, now that was last year so I dont know if its gone up in price. But its relaxing, romantic and different and there is also a comedy show going on while the boat takes off and you have dinner. Check out Texasqueenboat.com

Have you ever had fondue? It is great for special occasions. The Melting Pot in Addison is very romantic. It can get pricey, but well worth it!
How about wine tasting in Grapevine? There are some great little wineries downtown and you can go to eat there at a nice restaurant afterwards. Or you could always get tickets to a Rangers game or something like that if he likes sports.
