You have to try "Brio" in Southlake Town Square!! You WON"T be disappointed! The food, drinks, and atmosphere are all wonderful!! (the BEST italian food)
have fun!
My hubby and I will have a "date night out" for the first time in months....looking for a nice restaurant to go to. Steakhouse or a good italian place would be nice. We live in the NFtW/Keller/NRH/Southlake area.
Thanks for the help!
Thank you for all of the great suggestions!
We went to Fogo de Chao in Addison for dinner and it was wonderful. We also went to H3 Ranch for breakfast the next morning. It was awesome.

Brio's in Southlake is great Italian, but if you want a steakhouse Bob's for sure!! Silverfox..don't waste your money...and Kirby's is good, but Bob's is better. The rest just don't compare!! I've lived in this area my whole life!!
Kirby's Steakhouse if very nice and food is great!
Kind of pricey, but its a great "date" place. My husband and I go there when we get a free night...and we love it.
Its at 114 and 1709.
Texas de Brazil is great! It is pricey but if you join their email club you get a coupon about once a month and it usually is 50% off your bill. I hope this helps.
My husband and I love Hoffbrau's. There is one on Denton Hwy. just south of 820. It's not the MOST romantic as far as atmosphere goes, but the food is great, and the prices are reasonable. We've been known to go there for our anniversary.
Kirby's Steakhouse in Southlake is great for atmosphere, food and wine.
Enjoy your night out!!
How about Niki's on Rufe Snow andN. Tarrant Parkway or another favorite is Buco di Bepo "Italian immigrant cusine" i believe thats what their sign says. It's right across from Costco on 114/Southlake Blvd and Nolan (or Kimball)
It's a nice experience. You can even choose to eat in the kitchen. They have a booth in the kitchen. Crazy but unique too!
Good Luck!

Hi Tam.
My husband and I had a date night last month and we asked mamasouce for help.
Lots of people suggested Brio in Southlake.
We went and the food was great and so was atomephere.
Have fun
Italiani's has a nice romantic flair. It's off of Precinct Line and the food is awesome.
Well if you want a great steak you could go to Del Frisco's, H3 Ranch (cowtown), Bob's Steak House (grapevine), or Silver Fox (off university). I have been to Kirby's, but was not a big fan maybe it was an off night. My favorite of all has to be H3. As far as Italian Milano's off 7th street has great food. Have a great date night :).
Marco's in NRH/ Watauga is good. It is a BYOB which is nice. It's right off of Rufe Snow in the same plaza as Little Ceasers. BRIO is good. I used to work there and I actually had lunch there today. Trulucks in Southlake Town Square is good for steak and seafood-yummy desserts too, however havy deep pockets. For good laid back italian try Ferarri's in Grapevine. Upscale casual fine dining. It's on William D Tate across from Silver Fox. They have a great martini and wine bar called Flight and then the main restaurant. For dessert try the Bananas Foster prepared tableside by the owner Francesco Secci if he's there.
I don't if you have ever been to the Melting Pot, but we had so much fun and the food was so so good!! For 4 of us it was $190 ish. But we had a salad, cheese fondue, all kinds of meats, and lobster, and then the dessert, a chocolate fondue!! It was amazing!! Have fun!!
Carrabba's Italian Grill in Grapevine is an excellent choice. It's located at 121 and 114. I live in Keller and it takes about 15-20 minutes to get there. It has a great ambiance and the service is wonderful.
H3 Ranch in downtown Fort Worth Stockyards is the best!!!! I use to go there on business meetings, etc. You both will not be disappointed.
