My friend is needing a after 5 dress but doesn't want to spend a bunch of money. Does anyone know of a great resale shop in this area?
There is a nice one over off 407. I can't recall the name of it, but it's right next door to Walmart and Kid to Kid. Good luck!

CCA is a good one - they usually have a selection of formal and after 5 dresses for very reasonable prices. It's on 121 business south of I35.
Encore!Encore! is a great consignment shop. In fact, it's the only one of know of that is currently in the Lewisville area. Their clothes are always in excellent condition.
Just wanted to add a note about Encore Encore (where I shopped at yesterday!). Kid to Kid, a kids consignment store, just moved next door and if you shop in either store, show your receipt to the other store for a 10% discount.

Thrift World is on main street in Lewisville (Big lot's plaza). the items have tag colors and they post the ones that have 50% off. if the item you want is not on sale you might want to check the other stores mentioned here already. I think they put the tags on based on how much they'll sell at 50% off. I like going there to get board games. good l uck! ~C.~

Try TJ Maxx on 2499 & 407, they have some nice things.
You should try Ross and Marshalls. I always find my daughters banquet dresses there for about $25.00. Just got a floor length pink spegetti strap one there , it's beautiful. Good luck.
There is a great consignment store called Encore, Encore. It's at 407/Justin Road and Garden Ridge Blvd, in the Neighborhood Wal Mart shopping center!
There is a Ladies resale shop on 407 and GardenRidge next to the neighborhood Walmart.
Twice as Nice Resale in Denton on the corner of Bell and Oak. Right behind Migeulitos. Great prices and great people.
Ross...Ross...& Ross. You can find a nice after 5 dress for brand new. No need hoping to find an after 5 dress in your size at a consignment store. The one in Frisco and the 2 in McKinney have the best selection. I have a friend that manages the one in Frisco and you'd be surprised at what you can find. Most of their trucks for new arrivals come on Monday & Tuesday. Good luck!!!!
