Hi J., I have been using The Computer Tutor. His name is Paul and is so great! I trust him completely. His number is ###-###-####. He's right here in Redondo Beach and works from his home. I usually drop my computer off at his house and he fixes it and I pick it up a few days later. He also comes out to your home if you need him to.

You could try the Geek Squad through Best Buy or Circuit City (I can't remember which). But if you just need a new anti-virus, I am sure it would come with instructions when you purchase it... If you can raise 2 kids you can do it! :)
