Red Blotches on My Cheeks!

So, I just looked in the mirror about a half hour ago and noticed I have red blotches all over my cheeks and chin! They are pretty big but they don't itch or anything, they are not raised and they don't feel like dry patches. Does anyone know what this could be?? I have tried looking online but really couldn't find anything. I have only had coffee this morning, nothing else. Could it be an allergic reaction to something? I was walking by a mirror in the hallway when I saw it out of the corner of my eye and I was like OH MY GOD! I have never had anything like this before, help!

Edited: NBinMN- Thank you for pointing that out! I didn't even think of it, but yesterday I went to a Christmas tree lighting and it was FREEZING and windy outside. I was probably out there for a half hour, I mostly stay indoors so maybe it is my skin being sensitive to the cold.

What can I do next?

Not sure..but I have some strange blotchiness this time of year on my cheeks as well and I have determined it is likely wind burn from being outside. I went to an outdoor parade over the weekend, but other than that I am just in and out to run errands, but it seems the older I get, the more this happens. Could this be the case? Is it cold where you live?

Just a thought...good luck!

It does sound like wind burn. It sometimes takes a while to show up...

It could be rosecea which can flair up from the cold or the heat. Arbonne has products that can really help this also other skin conditions too. I can email some pictures of skin conditions that I mentioned and you can compare and see if they look like your skin.

It sounds like maybe windburn to me, based on your updated info. Try putting aloe vera gel on it (the same stuff you use for sunburn relief) a couple of times today, during the day and then a good moisturizer at night, and maybe the aloe again tomorrow if needed.
