When I lived in the city there was this really good Shrimp shack/carry out place we used to go to alot during Lent.
Can anyone tell me if there is a place like that here in Aurora ? Looking for already cooked breaded shrimp, or fish and chips.

I think that Reuland's has fish during lent. I think they have the best carry out meals in town. It is more like home cooked than fast food. Check out their web site here:

I don't know if there is one in Aurora, but Culver's has great fish.
Alot of restaurants add lenten specials to their menus at this time of year.
Check the restaurant section of your phone book or your local paper.
This is in Naperville but we get most of our fish here...
The BEST place for fish and chips or breaded shrimp is in downtown Chicago. It is Lawerence's Fishery and is off of Canal Street. It is a far ride for fish and chips, but my hasband and I get a craving for it now and then. Really fresh fish! I don't know of a great place close by.
