I love to grill mine! A little bit of olive oil, some salt, and some pepper is all that I use. I usually eat mine with Zatarans yellow rice and some grilled veggies (zucchini, peppers, onions) to go with it. Super healthy and super yummy! :)
I just picked up some frozen tuna steaks today. We have never had tuna like this before..just from a can! I would love some recipes on how to season or marinade. The bag says to pan sear so I will do that but now sure what else. Also what type of side dish would taste good with them? Thanks ladies!

We also just use olive oil, salt, and pepper. If you have the ingredients to make a basil pesto, it's WONDERFUL dolloped on top. Many times, we serve with simple alfredo noodles and a vegetable.
We are actually getting ready to cook ahi tuna steaks in a few minutes. We are avid fans of sushi so we BARELY pan sear our steaks in a little bit of olive oil. Maybe one to two minutes per side. We then slice them and drizzle soy sauce over them. I serve them with a salad and fresh fruit. Yummy and healthy!
My favorite marinade for tuna steaks is simple: orange juice. Then I serve them with a sauce made from orange marmelade and horseradish. Yum! I like to serve them with steamed veggies...light and simple.
