My baby will be home in about 30 minutes and i forgot to pump while he was gone. I just remembered right now, because i am getting really full. He should have eaten around an hour and half ago and had 3 oz. Thats what i sent with his daddy.
DO you think i should go ahead and pump even though he is going to want to eat when he comes home?

What can I do next?

Why not just wait til he gets home and let him nurse. Its easier and better.

If your ex is late like he always is - no, I would pump now and give him a bottle or even better nurse him when you get home - that will help your milk supply.

Just nurse him for as long as he needs to. When he's done, you may pump if you need milk for a bottle for tomorrow

Per your post of yesterday requesting help with pumping, you should pump at every opportunity! It does not affect what your son gets. It helps increase your supply and gives you more "practice" pumping. You should pump before you feed and after, too!
