Thanks so much for the quick answer to my question. Sometimes the answers on here are so great and well thought out that I feel it is important for that person to know that the reading group here appreciates the time and trouble they take to answer questions.

yes that is the option (and it is optional). it's like saying to someone 'good job.'
yes Pammy L. if you press the "send a flower" it lets the person who wrote the comment that you agree with what they said and then below the comment it reads 1 mom found this helpful (it will add up the number of moms who sent a flower/found the comment helpful).
