Is it normal to have spotting (bleeding) during month 14 of pregnancy? I have just been spotting for the last three days.

What can I do next?

I spotted for quite some time into my pregnancy. I think it was about week 20. I talked to my doctor and they didnt seem to be concerned because i was showing good signs otherwise and the ultrasound was good but if it's something thats not normal meaning if it's come on all the sudden it's always important to talk the doctor.

I spotted once in the first trimester and twice in the second, and my doctor was not concerned. It is terrifying, but it may be nothing bad. Spotting may not be "normal" but it happens in many, many pregnancies and doesn't mean something is wrong. Call you doctor for peace of mind; he or she will let you know what to do. Try to stay calm (which I know is hard!)and hopefully everything will be just fine.

No, it is not "normal". It could be due to a benign cause (cervical irritation from intercourse, etc.) or it could be a be a very serious problem. You need to see your doctor immediately. (Why have you waited instead of going in for evaluation by your doctor?)
I hope everything goes well!

It is NOT normal. Please call your Dr. ASAP to see what they would like you to do. They will most likely have you come in & check you, do an ultrasound.

Everything is probably fine, but definately call your doc!! I had spotting around that time with my little guy, but only for an hour. Mine had me go into the hospital right away to check on the baby (which made me feel lots better!). They did ultrasounds and listened to baby. Hearing and seeing your baby will make you feel loads better, making it worth the trip!
:) Best of luck and keep us posted on how you're doing!

I started spotting with my first pregnancy, and I miscarried. Then I started spotting in my second, and of course I freaked out, and all was well, no complications, big healthy baby girl. Go to your doctor, it could be anything or nothing.

You mean week 14? ;P

It depends. I really would like more details than you've provided. Is it bright red like fresh blood, or is it darker or brownish or pinkish instead? Bright red should be treated as an emergency, go right away. Note the color, amount and frequency and what activities you were performing prior to the spotting, for example pink spotting after intercourse is totally normal. You definitely need to let your provider know this is happening either way, just to be safe.

Please update the post and let us know what you find out.
Good luck T.!

I would contact your doctor. It could be nothing or it could be something and your doctor will want to see you to determine that...best of luck.
