Pull String Pinatas

Ok, I have never stuffed a pinata before and I just bought a pull string pinata. I just got finished stuffing it, but the hole on the back (where I was instructed to stuff it) was not big enough for some of the toys. I didn't buy anything that big, but sunglasses wouldn't fit, and a few other things. So, I don't want to tamper with the hole at the bottom, but if it wouldn't fit through the hole on the side is it going to fall out the bottom ok? I just don't want to have to be out there with the scissors cutting the bottom, defeating the purpose of the whole thing. This party is this weekend, so any fast information would be greatly appreciated! :)

My family is so huge we have parties practically every other weekend. So I know all about pinatas. Trust me, NOTHING will be left inside. And there will be no scissor cutting required. The kids will tear that thing up. so don't worry, they'll get their lil prizes.

Hello. We have used numerous pull string pinatas over the last few years. The hole that opens up on bottom is bigger than what they give you to stuff it with. I have never had a problem with anything at all staying inside the pinatas. Hope ya'll have a great time, and don't sweat it! Enjoy!

Me personally hate the string pinatas. I think if you're going to get a pinata, it should be the old fashioned pinatas. They also have a hole in the side, but I think that hitting a pinata is the funnest thing for the kids, instead of pulling strings. Usually we just put candy inside the pinatas, and the prizes inside the prize baggys, so they can have both candy and prizes, and no kids feels like it was unfair that they didn't get enought of both. And trust me, nothing will be left inside the pinata. Hope it turns out fun and fine.

stuff it with waht you can and have a bag ready for the big stuff to throw on the floor:) Ive been there before. I had a small one and I invited alot of kids so we had to have lots of prizes. The ending result was once the thing broke I threw the extras on the ground and none of the kids cared because it was more for them to pick up. For the stuff in the pinata you may still have to shake it down to get everything out.

Have fun at the party:)

Well, once the initial fall out has occurred, if there is anything left inside that didn't fit...you could get some older kids and do the pinata the way it was originally designed...let them wack away at it, in an orderly fashion of course, until it breaks open and the reast of the stuff spills out...

Good Luck
