What time frame is expected to give a private daycare provider if we are thinking of moving our child from there. Is one month enough time.

Thanks
Sis

MOre than enough. Most childcare centers enjoy a two week notice and if they are good, they will have a waiting list to fill your child's spot

I do home daycare and my policy is 30 day notice. That is more then sufficient time.

One month is perfect notice to give. Since it's a private center, it will give her enough time to advertise to fill your spot.

Most places only require 2 weeks notice. Like a job. I think a month is even better.

I use an in-home daycare, and our contract stipulates 30-days notice.
