Jamberry Nails. Super fun. Here is the link but message me as I have contacts in Texas that would be local for you. Good luck. http://www.nailsbyfaith.jamberrynails.net
Can anyone tell me some of those companies out there that have those parties that usually held in homes demonstrating the products they are selling? I've been to Simply Tasteful party, Stampin Up workshop/party, Thirty-One party, Stella Dot party. I was looking for some more I might have.
Actually my friends and I love going to these kinds of parties. We hop from several parties to try new products and see what all is out there. People find us strange since we do like these. I guess we just get excited to see the products out there. And yes we do the occasional nights out as well...with and without our husbands. We also have play dates with our children.

Aren't your friends tired of being hit up?
Oh my, now you'll get hit up by everyone and anyone selling anything so you can have a party.
I am in Plano and parties are pretty rare here because the invitations are viewed as invoices for us to come buy something we don't want or need.
I'm all for the social aspect of gathering for some fun but I can do without the sales pitches and someone pressuring me to buy stuff and host a party.
However, if you have a group of people who like that sort of thing... Have fun! Some people love this type of thing.
hee!
i love it that you and your girlies love these!
i avoid them like the plague.
pampered chef, mary kay, gold canyon candles, tupperware, melaleuca, arbonne, cutco knives and longaberger have all had their surges around here.

Go to the Direct Selling Association and get a list of ethical companies. Some won't apply to you because they don't do parties or don't lend themselves to that.
But be wary of having a lot of parties when you aren't in the business. Friends get tired of being invited to things where they are expected to buy. You're not in business with any of them, and now it seems you aren't even holding parties (to expose other friends of yours who are) to a larger circle of influence.
So hopefully you have a large group of friends who just love these events as a night out and a chance to shop at someplace other than the big corporations. If so, that's great. But if you're just doing it to get a lot of free stuff at your friends' expense, it's going to wear thin.
If you just want a social night, you don't need a shopping theme. You can rent a movie or go line dancing or play board games or any of a zillion other things. You can have a cookie swap, a perennial plant swap (everyone digs up something they want to divide, and then there's a trade), or a Yankee swap.
Norwex just hit out here. So far I like their enviro cloth.
Something that neutralizes chicken juice then can be used instantly on any surface is something I had to see with my own eyes!
I think I will be ordering more soon :-).
Since you're in Texas - Premier Design Jewelry.
I sell Paparazzi Accessories. It's beautiful $5 jewelry! You're thinking "Ummm$5 jewelry??" Yep, but don't knock it until you see it. The response I get from people is "That's only $5! Are you sure?" I do all my parties online on facebook. Let me know if you want one :)
My favourite are Pampered Chef, Victorian Epicure and Passion Parties.
