I love Dr Amy Miller at Family Healthcare Associates at Renner and 190. I have had good experiences with all of the doctors in that practice, but she's awesome.
I love Rosemary Bates in Plano near Coit and Spring Creek. She is WONDERFUL, very thorough, although she is usually running late, so you will likely have to wait when you get there. She spends a lot of time with each of her clients. She caught a very rare ailment I have and saved my life. I recommend her to anyone
