Preschools in Royersford/Limerick Area

I am in need of feedback on preschools in the Royersford/Limerick area. I have a son who just turned 3 and would like to get him into something in the Fall. Specifically, are there any "must-have" teachers in the area or problems with any schools? I am open to public or religious preschools. If there is a preschool at Sacred Heart RC church in Royersford, has anyone had any experience w/ them?

What can I do next?

Before I got pg with the twins, I worked at Mulberry Preschool in Collegeville. It is right of the exit for Rt. 29 off of 422. It is really a nice school. They usually have a waiting list. The director's name is Linda. They are NAEYC and PA state accredited (very important when you are looking for preschools).

Sorry, I no longer recommend the Goddard School in Schwenksville.

I send my daughter to Mulberry Childcare & Preschool (which actually just went through a name change to KinderCare now) in Pottstown, right off of the Armand Hammer Blvd. exit of 422. I absolutely LOVE this school and so does my daughter. She has been going there for almost 2 years now. The directors name is Dawn.

Great teachers, great school!

Good luck with your search, hope this helps!

Hey L.,
the YMCA offers a good daycare program right in your area at reasonable prices. My niece and nephew went there till they were old enough for Kindergarten.
I think it's called the Wooden Shoe. Anyway, give the Y a call and they can give you info or look them up online.
I keep both my kids at home with me right now (I mostly work nights so the kids spend the evening with Daddy) and they mainly get the social interaction from playgroups
