Weekday Christian Preschool at Genesis United Methodis Church on Hulen near Sycamore School Road is awesome! My son has gone there for 3 years and my daughter will start in the fall. I feel my son is TOTALLY ready for kindergarten, even though he only went 3 days a week this year. They offer 2, 3, or 5 days a week from 9 to 12, with extended day until 2 something, for an extra cost. Their phone number is ###-###-####. Good luck.

Hilltop Montessori on Trail Lake Dr. My daughter went there when she was 2 and I have several friends whose children went there and liked it. It's not perfect. But I know they have openings. Others may already have a waiting list for fall.

I don't know how close you are to Crowley, but we absolutely love CUMP (Crowley United Methodist Preschool). All my girls went there (over about 6 years).
Their phone # is ###-###-#### and they are located 509 Peach Street. They have 2-3-4 day programs. It's worth looking into if you are anywhere close.

Best of luck,
N.

These are some very good ones:
-the Weekday School at University Christian Church
-the Early Learning Center at McKinney Bible Church
-Childrens Playhouse (I can't remember which church)
-the preschools at First Presbyterian, First UMC and Arlington Heights UMC...

If you want Montessori...try Hilltop Montessori or Camp Bowie Montessori...

Good luck!

I highly recommend Sonshine Preschool in Benbrook, TX....which is very close to Southwest Fort Worth area. My daughter has attended this wonderful Christian preschool for the past 3 years and it is awesome!! The price is very reasonable for what they offer....which is chapel, stretch n grow, music and Spanish! The teachers and director are all wonderful, caring women who love children and love to work with them! The Preschool is inside The Family Restoration Church, but you do not have to be a member of the church in order to attend. Their phone number is ###-###-####, if you want to call and talk to the director and maybe even arrange to go observe/take a tour! My daughter will be starting kindergarten next year, but will still attend Sonshine Preschool in the summer and on long school breaks when I have to work. They also have before school and afterschool care, if you need that for local schools. Their curriculum is wonderful, and my daughter who just turned 5 is reading short words and sentences! She is definitely ready for kindergarten in the fall!

I second Weekday Christian Preschool at Genesis UMC. My older son went there for three years and my younger son too (we moved and it's too far, so we are switching for his last two years). My 5 year old is completely ready for kindergarden. He's really shy and the teachers there brought him so far out of his shell, he's a completely different kid now. And my younger son loved his teachers so much, he'd run into class when we got there.
