They have prenatal Yoga classes at Alexian Brother's Hospital in Elk Grove Village. 1-866-ALEXIAN. They can sign you up over the phone and give you all the info.
The wellness center in arlington heights by northwest community hospital offers both prenatal pilates and yoga. You need a doctor's note to take the class. There is a yoga studio near 45 and 83 in mundelein that also offers prenatal yoga. Total Body Yoga, very friendly and nice studio. Website is available just google total body and yoga. I took the mommy, daddy and baby workshop and really liked it. I live near 83 and 53 and was able to get there in about ten minutes. There is a yoga studio in arlington heights near downtown, I can't remeber the name but it is on the north side of nwhwy and visible from the train station. It is on the second level of a building with a banner in the window ( I think it is purple)

Check out the Wellness Center in Arlington Hts. It is located right next to Northwest Community Hospital. I used to work out at the Wellness Center and I believe they did offer classes like this. That was awhile ago, but it is worth checking into it. The Wellness Center is clean and a nice place to workout.
Try Willow Yoga in downtown Arlington Heights. They do
offer prenatal yoga on Saturdays. Also, check out the
Wellness Center in Arlington Heights (it is part of
Northwest Community Hospital). They usually have a fairly
extensive prenatal yoga program.
