being anemic will make you feel realy tired - your body isn't getting the oxygen to the cells that it's craving. Bulk up on natural sources of iron - read meats, nuts, green veggies. Drink a lot of water. Being hydrated keeps your cells feeling more vibrant. Get enough sleep. YOu have little ones and you're pregnant. That's a combination for not enough sleep. Take naps - or if you can't sleep just lie down when you get 15 minutes. Finally 0- for your sinuses try a neti pot. It's weird initially - but eventually it's a great thing to have your sinuses all cleaned out.
