I got all the princess stuff I needed at Dollar Tree. Plates, cups, napkins, favor boxes, tiaras, etc. They had the exact same line at Party City for double the price. I would guess that Party City would have pirate stuff too.
I got pirate ones at target. I just saw them again over the weekend.
