Do any body got pillow pets? I want to buy one for my little one, I was wonder what is your review. Do your child sleep on it? Does it keep him awake (playing with it)? Do they hold well when you put them in the washer/dryer? Do they fate after a quickly?

We have the butterfly and a crocodile. Kids love them!! I have washed mine a million and one times b/c my stinking dog keeps "borrowing" it from the kids. So, yes, they wash well. We lost one eye but that just b/c of the dog trying to take from the kids.

my kids love theirs & they are great in the car too for road trips because it is their toy to take with them & their pillow. they have held up in the wash well & not faded. I got mine in the kiosk in the mall, they were having a special buy one get one free. Even if they are not having a special if you go to one of those carts in the mall you can haggle with them : )

I've looked at them on-line and they also have pillow pet blankets...maybe those are called blanket pets?...they're cute too. I thought maybe my kids would use those more..?? I'm thinking about getting them both one for Christmas so I'm glad you asked this.
**Update** After reading all these great posts, I ordered 2 pillows and 2 blankets. I found SEVERAL web sites and did a little research, turns out there are lots of fakes out there, including the ones at the malls and in stores which are more expensive and don't hold up as well. You can tell a "real" one by the tag...it should say Pillow Pets. Be sure you go to the official web site...www.pillowpets.com

My son has the bee. After washing it the antenna came off. It left a sharp plastic material sticking out. Maybe u should stay away from the bee
My son's auntie got him a dog one last year, and he loves it. We've washed it frequently and it's still very nice. It's mostly on the bed as an extra pillow, but sometimes he carries it around, or we play with it as a pet, too.
My son has the Ladybug--he loves bugs, especially ladybugs, so he loves it!
A couple of my neighbors have them and love them. They say they wash well and their kids use them constantly. They are 4-6 years old. But I'm thinking of getting my almost 2 year old one for her birthday.

We have 2 pillow pets for my girls and they love em! They sleep on em at night, curl up with em during the day and play with em all the time! I havent had to wash em yet(we have only had em 8 days) so I dont know about that. I ordered mine of the internet and didnt know till after the fact that a few kinds you can buy at ToysRUs for the same price.
My daughter has the penquin. This thing has gone on ever road trip and plane ride we do. She loves it! And its so easy to clean which is a bonus for me since she has tea parties with it sometimes.
Two of my daughters friends has one too. Theirs are the bunny and the sheep. Totally comical when all three little 4yr old girls get together and sit around chatting with them.
I think that I love my daughter's pillow pet more than she does. It's so soft. In fact, when my neck was hurting, I used it as a pillow for a week. I want my own in a king sized pillow version.
