I am getting married July 25 and I'm still looking for a photograher. I have called quite a bit of places, but all seem to be $1,000.00 or more. Does anyone recommend or know of someone that takes great pics and has reasonable prices? I also would like them to give me a CD so that I can order my own pics myself. If so please let me know. I use Johnny Q Photography a lot and really like him. He is very reasonable and a great photographer! His number is ###-###-####, I don't think he has a website. But if you google him you can see a lot of his work on Flickr.

My cousin is a budding photographer and has helped her friend with a few weddings...she does an amazing job and is close to opening up her own studio. I asked her and she said she does not feel comfortable being in charge of a wedding yet but here is her friends website that she works with.

I have no idea what her prices are but she does a good job...I also doubt you will get a good photographer for anything less than 1,000, that's really not too bad
My son and daughter-in-law are going to use Shutterbug. I think you can probably find her on lineor in the phone bookd. I'm sorry but I don't have the number. According to my daughter-in-law, she was much more reasonable than others, and trained under some big name. Does nice work. Hope this helps
We used Portraits by Lady Jill. That was six years ago and she was in the early phases of her career. Back then we got all the proofs and had to do our own ordering. I don't remember what we paid, but I do know that the total amount we paid for our wedding was $1,500 and I remember that she was the cheapest we could find. Her phone number is ###-###-####. She was very professional, actually beat me to the church the morning of the wedding, and did a wonderful job.

I have more than 15 years experience in photography and have done quite a few weddings. I have a website in its beginning stages (www.photosbyash.com) that will give you some ideas, but I have a portfolio at home that showcases my work a lot better.
