I second what everyone else says. The doctors have no idea who we are even though we've been going there for over six years. While they know their medicine and some of them are nice (you have to weed them out to find the right one, I've had a couple bad experiences), you are much better off with a smaller practice that knows who you are the second you walk through the door. Please let us know if you find one, I would love to change. I like most of the nurses, with one exception. Last year my boys got the flu shot, my husband had my oldest while I left the room with my youngest so as not to scare him. He did cry a bit but my husband held on to him so he wouldn't move and the nurse looked at my son and threatened to go get another nurse to hold him down until he calmed down for the shot. When he was done I came back into the room for my youngest and all went well. So I thought. My husband told me as we got back to the car and I was furious. Had I been there we would have had words. We've never had her again, thank goodness. Needles to say, I've been looking to find a new pediatrician for a while. Good luck and I hope you find the right one.
