Okay ladies, my friends and I are having a passion party and I need an idea or two for food. I want to make a dessert or something that could be fun and entertaining at a Passion Party (you know - something passionate or kinky or whatever the word is)! Any recipes or ideas? Anything would help... preferably something simple to put together.

Hey girls! Well, I suggest letting your hair down and hostessing a passion party! That was fun just getting girls together to do that and have a girl's night at my friends home. Anyways, I made the "Better than Sex Cake" and it was a big hit! Thanks for the idea.
I think finger foods/party foods would be good. Maybe some Shu Mai and Shrimp from Trader Joe's that you just heat. Cheese and strawberries and cream would be good or some choc. covered strawberries. Oysters are traditionally considered an aphrodesiac. Good luck! Have fun. I am going to one of these parties soon.
well you could make chocolate covered Stawberries those are kinda easy, if you can find good stawberries, or you can get some Mango and slice it and put some whip cream in the middle of the dish to dip it in, finger foods are always a good idea fruits are good passionate foods. and Can i ask what is a passion Party? i've never been to one..LOL.

I am a Passion Parties Consultant. Just some advice for your party, the fruit and chocolate sound great, but you really want to keep it simple don't over do it with food, drinks, etc. Focus a lot more on over inviting guest, getting outside orders (remember the more orders, the more FREE products for you). Finger sandwiches, fruit, and 1 type of drink is enough...

ONe really good idea is to have three bowls one with strawberries, one with sour cream(sounds gross, but awsome) and one with brown sugar. you dip the strawberries into the sour cream and then into the brown sugar. But you have used dipping and putting it into the mouth a sensual thing. Have fun with it and be creative with decorations and the food will seem fun and sensual
I am not exactly sure what you are looking for but one of my favorite cakes it Almost Better Than Sex cake. It is super easy and super good. All you do is make a chocolate cake as per the directions on the box. As soon as you take it out you use the handle end of a wooden spoon to put holes all over the cake, all the way through. Then you take a knife and run it around the edges of the cake. While it is hot pour on one can of sweet and condensed milk covering the whole cake, pay attention to get lots in the holes and the edges. Then you will pour on caramel topping (like for ice cream) all over. Let it cool completely. I usuall stick it in the fridge for a while. After it is cool and just before you are ready to serve it, cover the top with lots of cool whip and crunched up heath candy bar.

I also found http://www.magicwicca.com/rituals/aphrodisiacs.htm when I Googled "Common Aphrodisiac". This site has some very intresting info. It may be fun to just print it and give to you guest, or convince them that you're using some of the wierder ones (just for fun) like "Cockroach: Many cultures say this is an edible aphrodisiac, grind one common cockroach and mix with cinnamon, add to coffee for a powerful love potion." (Okay, maybe save that one for when hibby's been a bad boy, and you need a little more attention. :O) )

I don't know if this helps but I was thinking those chocolate fountains are all the rage. I was thinking that people always think strawberries and whipped cream are very passionate, you could just have different types of fruit and several dips. Very easy to make,just cut up fruit.Can be made ahead and stored in frig until your'e ready. You could put out a chocolate fountain,vanilla or plain yogurt,whipped cream etc....Any fruit!! If you use apples or anything that browns just pour a lil lemon or lime juice over them and you can store them without them turning brown ( and It does not change the flavor)..Finger foods are easy for you and your guests and I guess passionate? Have Fun and enjoy...P>S The bunny is fun!! but make sure you get the right type of batteries!!!
Hi B.. Anything chocolate will be good. I have a recipe for mint fudge and all kinds of other things. You can make any kinds of finger foods that realate to chocolate of fruit. Stuff that will draw attention to the mouth is deemed as sexy. Write me if you want to bounce some ideas off eachother. and have lots of funu at your party. *wink* lol
