Celebration Park is in Allen (east Allen), and it is wonderful!
Are there any parks in Allen/McKinney/Frisco that are in a safe area and have baby swings? Thanks!

Every park that I have visited in Allen that has a swing set has baby swings. I am sure that McKinney is similar. Look at the city websites, under parks and rec for maps/addresses of the parks.
I really like Bethany Lakes Park b/c of the ponds and ducks.
There are loads of parks in in the area that have baby swings and are in safe neighborhoods. There is Bacchus park, park is at the very back of the park, way behind the baseball fields and soccer fields. Frisco commons is another great park. Warren Fields in Frisco. Red Cedar park in Frisco and there are others. The city parks map on the city's website will show you where the parks are.
Bethany Lakes park on the northeast corner of Allen Heights and Bethany. Also Celebration park on Angel Parkway north of McDermott (Main) St.
Dayspring Natuer Preserve in Allen is very safe and has baby swings. It is off of Comanche in Twin Creeks.
In Frisco, Frisco Commons is a lovely park. It has baby swings and sand. It does have a big play structured area, but there is only one way to get in and out which is nice.
These are two of my favorites!

Tom Allen park in mckinney is nice. It's family friendly and in the middle of 3 neighborhoods and looks over a pond so ur baby can see people fishing and sometimes people bring their dogs to fetch in the water. Both my 4yr old and 1 yr old get a kick outta this. It's off of stonebridge 1 block below eldorado on a Lil street called bahman w a nice walking trail around grass area. No big trees for boogymen to hide behind ;0). I will join ya if u want adult convo as well lol
In McKinney, there's Towne Lake next to the theater on Central. Also, the little neighborhood parks, like the one on Lake Forest & Highland. They're both nice & safe, with baby swings.
