You know those small cylindrical colorful plastic pieces that you arrange on a grid of pegs that you iron together to make shapes and things with, but you need a sheet to put in between the iron and the plastic so the iron doesn't stick to the plastic? CAN YOU SAY RUN ON SENTENCE? (It would REALLY be helpful if i knew what they were called!!! HAHAHA)

Well, I bought a set of this stuff, and it only had ONE sheet of that paper, but a BILLION pegs. The sheet ripped... what can I use instead?

So What Happened?

THANKS! I really appreciated all of the responses! You all are so helpful! My husband does most of the grocery shopping, so I'll give him the choice of wax or parchment.

I know exactly what you are talking about, I just ironed some of my daughters designs the other night. The sheets are wax paper, you can buy a roll in the grocery aisle where you find the aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Have fun crafting!

Try parchment paper (available in most grocery stores) or wax paper.

Waxed paper works well to iron to iron them. My daughter calls them "iron beads".

I am pretty sure you can use wax paper to iron the fuse beads. I used to work in a pediatric hospital playroom and that is what we used. Good luck!

We have this art set as well, I think it is pretty much wax paper. You may also be able to use parchment paper. It's basically the same. Good luck!

I know exactly what you're talking about...you can use a sheet of wax paper (you can find it in the grocery store in the same place as aluminum foil and saran wrap...just cut a piece of wax paper and place it on top before you iron.

Good luck and have fun!!!!

I didn't have good luck with wax paper. It stuck to the beads (although maybe I was pressing too hard with the iron). However, parchment paper worked well.
