Pain at 30 Weeks

I have had pain in my groin area for a few weeks. I currently have pain in my groin, hamstring, butt, and sometimes lower back. I believe that some of the pain is coming from walking different due to the original pain. The pain is mainly in my left leg. It hurts to walk and lift my left leg to walk up stairs. This my second pregnancy and I didn't have any of this pain with the first child. I am carrying this one a lot lower than the first. I am planning on calling my OB tomorrow to ask her what I should do. I asked her a few weeks ago and she assumed that it was round ligament pain and that as long as the pain went away it was fine. Over the past two days there has only been a few hours that I have not been in pain.
Looking for any suggestions on stretches or ways to help relieve the pain without medicine.

Thanks!

I went to a chiropractor every month of my pregnancy and it helped me immensely.

Sounds like sciatica to me also, I would recommend seeing a chiropractor who is experienced in treating pregnant women to get relief

Sounds exactly like sciatica---pain in your sciatic nerve from what you are describing. Here is a generic wikipedia article you can take a look at:
