No specific reco's for you but we have used
www.vrbo.com several times to find vacation rentals for our family.
We've always been pleased with the properties we've found.
Thinking of going to Orange Beach this summer. We've never been before and need advice on where to stay. We need a condo that sleeps at least 4. A nice pool and clean, updated accomodations are a must. We'd like a condo on or within walking distance of the beach. The budget is $200-$250/night. Thanks!

I have used this site to find a condo in Gulf Shores. They also have condos in Orange Beach. We got a 2 bedroom condo with two baths. I'm a single mom with two kids and we went with another single mom with one kid. One room had twin beds and they shared that room and we had the larger/bigger room. It was nice - updated interior to our condo unit. The outside of the condo wasn't "Great", but it wasn't bad either. It had a pool onsite and was also right on the beach, so we had a great time.

Good luck,

I was also going to suggest VRBO. I just learned about it this past summer, some friends of ours use it all the time and we rented a condo off of there and it was great! There are lots of options! I would check there first as it will probably be cheaper!
I have had great luck with VBRO.= in various cities. I have not stayed in Orange Beach, but I like the Crystal Beach area of Destin. Look at the Sundial or Sundance cottages there. I stayed with my family in sundance last year and it was great. Close to beach, close to shopping, yet private. The owners are very nice and helpful. Good luck
