Plano Sports and Ortho are the best in my opinion.
We used almost all the Dr's there and you can't find a bad one. They are great at working with you to avoid surgery unless it is absolutely necessary.
Great Dr's
My mom is having both her knee's replaced this summer and would like to know if anyone could recommend a great surgeon. Any where in the DFW area is good- we are in McKinney but would like to know all options.

Great Dr's
My mom had a partial knee replacement that Dr. Montgomery did a few years back. This past January, he did a full knee replacement on her other knee. He also did my grandfather's hip replacement about 5 years ago (grandpa was 92 - he's 97 now and hip is still great!!!!).
His main office is in Plano, but he does office out of McKinney a couple times/month.
My mom raves about him and we know others who have had him do their surgery... he has a very good reputation. Good luck!
Dr. Barry in McKinney. doing surgery out of the new Methodist Hosp in McKinney (btw is very very nice!) ###-###-####
I don't know a doctor, but I just past a billboard today on 75 that says the Medical Center in McKinney is top for hip and knee replacements. Maybe you can start there.
Dr Souryal (I may be spelling it wrong). His office is in Frisco, he is the guy for the Dallas Mavericks. My husband had a scope done on his knee in January this year and he was very happy with him. When I can I will look upstairs for the correct spelling.
