I love all of the drs at Carmel Obgyn in Blakney. Give them a call and see who can fit you in. The whole practice is wonderful. Good Luck.
Help, I'm new to the area and am in need of an OBGYN as soon as possible. Could you please reccommend an OBGYN that might possibly see me tomorrow and one that deals with high risk pregnancies?
Any help you could give in that regard would be greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Dr. Rochelle Brandon of Eastover University Ob/Gyn. I'm not sure how soon she can see you but here is a link to the website.

Good luck and welcome to Charlotte.
Piedmont Gyn/OB is a wonderful practice. They have several physicians and nurse midwives. They have three locations right now-Ballantyne, Fort Mill and Rock Hill. They will be opening two other locations soon in Steele Creek and Waxhaw. Their number is ###-###-####.
I recommend the group, Midtown OBGYN ###-###-####. I see Dr. Woods, but there are five doctors in the practice so they should be able to see you quickly. I had my first child this past November and I could not have been happier with Dr. Woods and his partners.
I would try Dr. Hugh Northcutt. He is wonderful. He has several locations (not sure which part of Charlotte you need). His staff is outstanding. Nurse Christy and Nurse Amy made it totally worth it. If they can't fit you in look into the Womens Int(located uptown). I had a wonderful experience with them as well. Good luck.
I love Dr. Sharrol Barnes. She has been my ob/gyn for the last 13 years. My last two pregnancies were high risk. She is wonderful. She is with Carmel Ob/Gyn. Dr Sarah Morris and James Meeks are awesome too.
One of my best friends, Dr. Laura Lowder, ###-###-####, is with Piedmont Ob-Gyn. If you prefer a female physician, she is great. She is very sweet and caring. She has 3 daughters of her own.
Also, I have been going to Dr. T. C. Morris of Providence Women's Care ,###-###-####. He delivered my last 2 kids. He is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is so concerned with the health of his patients. He is thorough and follows up with every concern. His wife is a pediatrician, and they have 3 children as well. Hope this helps!
You should call over to REACH (Reproductive Endocrinology Associates of CHarlotte). They deal with fertility issues but, depending on how far along you are, they might be able to recommend a high risk OB.
