Has anyone purchased a No-no hair removal device? Did it work? Was it worth it? Thanks.

What can I do next?

Hi. I purchased it last year. I get laser, but when I saw this I thought it could help in other areas and would save me lots of money. I went in knowing it wouldn't yield the same results as laser, but as long as it was smooth and lasted a couple weeks at a time, I would be happy. Also my daughter is hairy, but not old enough for the dermatologist to do laser on her. So I thought this would be good for her as well.

It is very expensive so I was hesitant. Then they had it on hsn and with their guarantee and flexpay I bought it.

I kept it for two-three weeks before returning it. It works by "burning" the hair off. Then you take a buffer pad and smooth out the area. WHAT A CROCK! Yes it burns some hair off, no it doesn't hurt, but it leaves a lot of stubble. Man, I buffed for so long not only was I really ashy I was probably about to rub my skin off! Yes it hurt.

I was so disappointed. I tried it on the higher levels. I even tried it on my arm hair, thinking maybe it only works on really fine hair. NOPE! If you only want to LOOK smooth and not actually feel smooth, it works. I did it on my legs and they looked smooth but were so rough the hair could put a run in my pantyhose.

I can't figure out why this thing is still on the market. I would advise, if you choose to try it to do it off of HSN. I read reviews ( after I returned mine silly me) online and lots of negative reviews and although the company guarantees it, people were having a hard time getting their money back. HSN was a smooth and easy return and because I used their flexpay I was only out like 40 dollars until the return was processed.

Good Luck!

My mom wanted to buy one of these, so I told her I'd ask one of the gals at work who had bought one.

Her advice was NO, NO!!!!!

It sounds good in theory, but it didn't work as promised. My mom didn't order one and my friend returned hers.

Is it too much to ask for things to work as advertised?
Really?

No-no, don't buy it. It's a waste of money. That's a nice chunk of change I could have used for a great outfit or something.

I looked into it, but I read a lot of bad reviews online. Sounds like you're better off with the laser done by a professional
