Hi T.,

I moved from Mobile a little over a year ago and we would go to Biloxi about once every three months. The last time I was there they seemed to be focusing on getting the casinos back in business so I am not really sure what all hotels/resorts are in the area. We stayed at Imperial Palace and it was really nice. I am not sure how old all of the children are but they have a nice pool. I also do not know what the beach is like there since the hurricane. Sorry I am not much help.

Go to vrbo.com and look at the wonderful condos you can rent and are right on the beach. We always go to Navarre Beach for the beaches are so wonderful and I like it better there but I looked at Biloxi and they have the same deals on their condos. Can't beat the deals and acommodations. Just go to their website and look around, you might change your mind where you want to stay. You can have as large of a place as you want. Either all together or separate. Beautifully furnished, non smoking and a lot more family oriented than a smokey gambling casino. They will have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. We have done this for years everywhere we go even in hawaii.
That way you can buy a few groceries to have breakfast and a fantastic view to boot. We always had a big seafood dinner with everyone's favorites and ate on the huge patios. My grandkids loved it. If you need more info, just email me.

If you're willing to drive a bit further, you may want to check out Gulf Shores, AL or the Florida panhandle. Lots more choices and the quality of the beaches are much better.
One of our favorites is El Mattador on Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Right on the water and very family-friendly,with a full kitchen. http://www.elmatador-rentals.com/

Beau Rivage or any of the more upscale casino hotels are nice. The Imperial Palace is nice (I worked there about 12 years ago), but it is on the back bay, not the Gulf.
