I have just moved to Norcross, GA and I'm in need of a pediatrician and an OB GYN. I'm open to Alpharetta and Dunwoody sights. My concern is knowing they are good doctors. My sister is moving here and she is pregnant with twins. Any suggestions or experience? Please let me know! Thanks!

OB GYN: Dr. Sylvia Johnson; she's off of Chamblee Dunwoody and Peeler road. was my doctor for the 2nd half of my pregnancy and she delivered my son. She really listens, has several children of her own, and will be there for the delivery

I highly recommend Preston Ridge Pediatrics in Alpharetta. THe entire practice is wonderful, but my daughters see Dr. Elinor Douglass. She is a great doctor and has small children. I had a bad experience with another doctor when my oldest daughter was sick back in May. He tried to tell me that she had allergies. I took her to see Dr. Douglass for a second opinion. Turned out, she had walking pneumonia! She gave us an antibiotic and within a week, my daughter was healthy again!

I really like Dr. Garry Siegel at North Pointe OB/GYN. I moved here about 3 years ago and found him after I found out I was pregnant. I highly recommend him. His office is across the walkway from North Fulton Regional Hospital. The website is www.npobgyn.com .
As far as Pediatricians, I have recently switched due to differences with the one that I was using and I am taking my kids to see Julie Segal and Kristen Meckelburg. I believe the name of their practice is Children's Wellness Center. They are extremely nice, knowledgable and the staff is nice as well.
Hi I am a physician myself and i use Dr. Kristen Mekelburg. She is young, listens and phenomenal. She is emory trained and takes care of allhe kids in the hospital if admitted. She does not hand the kids over to another doctor if a child is admitted to the hospital. She sdmits to childrens healthcare of atlanta at Scotish rites. She has dealt quite a bit with twins and is excellent at high risk pediatrics babies

I have been using Roswell Pediatrics-###-###-####. They are very nice and have multiple offices. As for OBGYN, I used Roswell OBGYN-###-###-####. They are by far the best OBGYN office and doctors I have ever been to and I have 2 children.

I have found an excellent pediatrician in Duluth. He is on Satellite Blvd. William Moneit, MD, FAAP. We have only been here for 8 months, and have tried a few other Drs., but this one won me over within the first few minutes. My youngest daughter has a problem that no other Dr could identify, and I just told Dr. Moneit about it and he told me exactly what it was and that it was no problem!!
