Why does she need a c-section? If the baby is breech she needs to visit a chiropractor who practices the webster technique and then hire a good midwife.

Is there a doctor in the central florida area that will accept my daughter at 32 weeks pregnant? She hasn't seen a daoctor since July and needs a c-section. We also found out by ultrasound that the baby is in the breech position. Can anyone help me? I love my daughter and don't know what I would do if something happens to her needlessly.

Why is she not going to her prenatals? Why is she switching doctors? Have her call her insurance company and get a list of the doctors in her area practicing with her coverage. Just because the baby is breech, doesn't mean she has to have a c-section. Alot of babies are not head down at 32 weeks. She still has time for the baby to turn or she could go to the doctor and have the dr try to turn the baby. She needs to be proactive about this and get a good doctor caring for her and her baby.

? if she hasn't been since july how do you know the baby is breech? Don't you need a doctor to order/request an ultrasound? She needs to start behaving like a mom and get her butt to an ob missing appointments for this long is uncalled for. Sorry to be such a witch but woman that don't take care of themselves (this includes prenatal visits) while pregnant really piss me off.
I want to add I delivered my second son breech no problem so I don't always think csections are the way to go.
Wow, such hostility from other responders. How can you attack someone who's just trying to get information for their daughter. Obviously this woman cares enough to be concerned for her daughters safety. Who knows she may not have insurance, not everyone in this country has healthcare. So instead of attacking the poster if you don't have information that she requested don't respond. To the poster, the only thing I would suggest to do is try calling the local hospitals and going through their doctor refferal line. Most of the times the operators are usually pretty good at finding someone as long as you give them all the information/circumstances up front. Good luck to you and I'm sorry you have to experience such hostility from other posters.
Although Im not in your area, I moved to a different state when I was 30 weeks pregnant with my daughter. I basically I had a list of doctors and started calling. One office would not "accept" me that late but all the others were very nice. I like the suggestion the poster made about calling the hospital and getting a list of their OB/GYN's. Good luck to you both.
