I do Jazzercise! I love it - I did it before, during and after pregnancy with all three of my kids. It did help me have easy deliveries, and recoveries, and helped me lose my baby weight and get back in better shape. When I was doing WW and Jazzercise, I lost a lot of my weight after my first was born. I gained a LOT with her too. Now that I have 3, I haven't been as good with my eating plan as I could be, and am not going to meetings, but I haven't gained any weight, and am toner then I have been before. A friend of mine lost 104 pounds with a good eating plan and the help of Jazzercise, and now she's newly become an instructor. Also, my cousin, who I joined Jazzercise with in 2002, became an instructor in 2003, and I became a registrar in 2005. Anyway, my point is, it lots of fun, always different, people make friends in class, the music is fresh, and it combines aspects of lots of different types of exercise - latin, jazz, kickboxing, yoga, and Pilates. Plus, every class has a strength training portion which helps tone and prevents osteoporosis! Do I sound like a commercial :)?
