New and Different??

I went to a Southern Living at Home party a couple of years ago and was pleased with the selection of offerings. They have a lot of great items for entertaining and decorating... very tasteful (in my opinion)... and reminded me of items you might see at Pottery Barn or in a Martha Stewart Living catalog.

Some that I've been to are Weekend Wear clothes, jewelry, lingere & toys to go with :), "Green Eco friendly exchange get togetthers where you brung stuff (not junk) and swap with others...my favorite BTW! And if course who can forget the old Home Interior parties but they might be called something else now.

My neighbor does Southern Living.
I do Shake parties- for Herbalife- Health, fitness, energy products.
I have 2 other neighbors who do clothing line parties.
Not sure any are different...

Silpada or Lia Sophia (jewelry), Shaklee Get Clean (natural cleaning products) or do their mineral makeup or nutrition/weight loss products-all great parties), UpperCase Living (stick on wall lettering and designs-neat products), Norwex (cleaning rags, etc.-personally I'm not a huge fan but seems to be all the rage lately. I just don't like when the person giving the party is so into trying to convince you to sell their product/change your life/enter their pyramid scheme that they get too pushy and ruin the fun of the party. Not that I'm against selling these products, I do sell one myself and it works great for me, I just don't like overly pushy people.

I live in Eagan and have done in home parties with my company. We will do wine/cheese parties or margarita parties or just luncheons that are fun to do while sharing how Reliv (nutrition company) changes lives :)
