Hi, my hubby just heard that he got downsized. He's working on moving down here to Plano with us, and doesn't have many connections here. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get networking for IT jobs? He has a masters in computer science and does database design, etc., I think in Sequel. Have him look up jobs in monster.com, christianjobs.com etc.. I have seen many jobs there.
He may want to apply with Verizon, SW Bell some of the local phone companies that are always looking for programmers.

I do web editing there, so you can ask me if you have any questions of a nontechnical nature. :-) I should point out this is NONPROFIT job, so pay is, well, what you'd expect at a nonprofit.

I work for McAfee and have lots of contacts in the business. If he wants to check out mcafee.com and see if anything interests him, I can personally give them his resume. Depending on what he's looking for, I might know of some other places.
